After arguing back and forth with T-mobile and Rim. Rim stated that you need the service books from T-mobile for those IMs that you are using. Apparently T-mobile do not support Windows Live & Aol AIM, only Yahoo messenger
Don't update your WLM. The new version I think is recognized somehow by certain carriers and unless you pay a subscription fee you won't be able to use it...

I have the same issue. Got a Blackberry 8100...all the mesengers are working fine, Yahoo, GMail, Opera mini, Google maps, Faceboo - all of them except Windows Live meseneger. I got T-Mobile and I called them at least 10 times and everytime is a diferent answer...You have to get a new Live account, we don't support it, you have to wait 30 days to get Windows Live active and all kinds of crap.
Someone has to know what the problem may be. But who? Aperently T-Mobile specialist don't know shit.
