Default BIS/MS Exchange Outlook Items Marks as Read

Please Login to Remove!

I have seen some older threads on this issue - but no solutions so I thought I'd post a new thread.

I am using BIS/Exchange 2003/Outlook. When an e-mail is pulled down to the Blackberry (Pearl in this case), the message in the Outlook intray switches from Un-Read to Read. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have a fix? I've tried changing the BIS to only forward message headers to the BB but this didn't work.

Any thoughts?
