HI, I reloaded my OS and then restored a backup of my data on my BB 8520. however i now find that certain emails that had been backed up are not responding to the delete key and are always there in the respective inbox. Please can you guide me as to how do i remove them from my hand held?

Did you try a battery pull to see if they might really be deleted?
