my bb ran out of battery completely on a night out just before the last bit of power completely drained a small message came up on the screen saying app error

i think its working ok but wont play any media files whilst in browser, youtube vids will play for 1sec then stop.

any help on this will be great thanks

Backup the device and reload the device OS.

Once charged, do a battery pull and see if that fixes the issue. If not, then I think an OS reload as M-M said above it the solution. Make sure you have a good back up first however.

it was an issue with the headphone jack i put them in and took them out and it worked fine
