Does anyone know how to get repeat sms notifications on the 8520, the sound on my phone will only go of once and not repeat , so if I don’t check my messages regularly I don’t know I’ve got any!

I can’t find anything in the ”Set Ring Tones/Alerts” which mentions repeating the sound!

Not possible with stock applications. Take a look at AlertMatrix in app world.
