Theme Builder 5.0 Problem

Afte editing a theme multiple times, it gets to a point where it will no longer open. I had the same issue with Plazmic 4.7. Works great when you first create a new theme but after time, it just hangs.
On this new theme I was working on, I started fresh in Theme Builder 5.0 and did not change the path to any items within the theme,
RIM gurus, please advise!!!!
