One of my coworkers wrote this HelloWorld app. You computer geeks will know that "Hello, World" is a common first computer program. However, this is a complete application literally meaning "Hello, WORLD!"

Here are the screenshots for this little app:

Thumbs up Great Application

Downloaded bes version 2.05 on my 7290 the other day and it worked right off. Great program. Am downloading version 3.1 now.
Just curious as to what the difference between the unregistered version and the registered version, other than eliminating the words "unregistered version" from the map.

make sure other 3rd party apps that access the 'net are working before you single out this app. most likely you do not have your internet configured properly on your phone and/or provisioned properly by your provider. search around the forum for more info on this topic (Rejhorn's posts are the best).

this app is freakin sweet! my hat is off to the author

Does anyone know if it is possible to save any of the images viewed with this program? Or to email the images to someone?

Thanks,

Lee

As of now there's no way to save the images in the HelloWorld Browser but that is a pretty good idea if you want to email a some of the map to someone.

I'll consider it for future release.

Thanks for all the suggestions, keep the coming!
