Hi -
I just downloaded some basic applications from blackberryworld and was asked to restart my blackberry.
Now the pin code field is not working anymore for letters, only for numbers! (my password consists out of letters only...)
When I press the button SYM I see a full pad of letters and numbers but also only the numbers work.
I surfed around but found no similar case.
Can anyone please help?

Oh I forgot to mention that I can see that the number pad is locked as in the top right hand corner the box [123] appears...

Have you tried the "Alt" key for getting letters back?

yup the Alt key did not work - but euch..

I just realised it is PIN CODE off course - not password... I have to go and find those documents - I left them at the office I am afraid so I will just have a really really quiet evening! sorry for bugging you all!!
