Can anybody help me, i have a bb 7100 (sim free), "Advanced options" option has disappeared, can you guys tell me how to restore this ? many thanks in advance

For certain it isn't there? You aren't looking in the wrong place?

It has been a long time. I'm taking for granted that there is an Advanced Options in options. If it really isn't there and it should be, the first thing to try is a battery pull. Do it with the power on. Wait at least 30 seconds before you put the battery back in.

There were plenty of bad/miscoded themes around for the 71xx series, and they could cause wonky behavior like missing options. After the battery pull, make sure you're using the default theme.
