Hi,

I'm using a BB Bold 9000 on Vodafone (Business user), lately i've been getting an intermittent problem. 75% of the time i'm trying to make outgoing calls and i'm getting 'Congestion'. Sometimes my call will reach the recipient and ring once, sometimes it wont ring but recipient will still get a missed call.

I've tried another sim and it will do exactly the same thing then put the sim back in the phone its from and it will dial out with no issue. This rules out a network fault. I've tried the Alt + L G L G method and deleted the call log and it hasnt done it again this morning, I may well have fixed the fault but I wonder if anyone knows what else I can try if she pulls her party piece again?
