Okay, so my phone went dead while i was out,
so i plugged it in and red light came on for 10 second then went off,
no response for 30 mins so i took the battery out,
and now no red light or anything when i plug it in,
ive tried taking the sim and attery out,
no luck! help its completley unresposive, i am in poop!



i would apprecieate as much help!

what did you do just before this occurred?

Did you drop it? get it wet? load and app or a theme?

Could be a dead battery. Make sure your charger is working, preferably a wall charger and leave it connected over night. If it doesn't recharge, then try a new OEM battery for your device, not a cheap, eBay knock-off.

i didnt do anything atall, efore, its not the battery i got a new one 3 weeks ago!

Did you get a new OEM battery or a cheap eBay knock off?

Do you let the device get below 20% of battery power on a regular basis?

And please do not type in "text-speak". It can be too difficult to translate into real words sometime.

Mine does this all the time! take the battery out put it back in dont touch any button at all ! it should come up with like a battery sign where theres a charging line inbetween leave it for 5mins then pull the battery out again and put it back in it should restart on its own x
