4.3 is already out for certain devices.
4.5 is yet to be released. Not sure what your definition of "soon" is, so I guess that part of the answer is subjective.
There's no solid ETA for release.

Yeah, waiting on this update is almost like sitting in rehab....for Blackberry addict like myself...I had the 7105t and I heard about this update and I waited over a year to get the Curve and now I got it and I still am waiting on it....I will never forget the day I saw that ill-fated video on YouTube...
