I have bb8820 rogers, I want to check imei, pin…but How I don’t check blackberry? Can you help me.
The true test is the Rogers network to provide this product or not?

Rogers did offer the Blackberry 8820 as part of it's product line at one point. As it's not an antiquated device it is no longer offered.

When you start your device, after it boots, what carrier splash screen is displayed?
