We've had our BESX server running for about a month now and had no problems. However we've noticed that we are only getting 1 months worth of emails stored on the handsets and I cannot find an option to increase this, ideally to 3 months. Any ideas?

it is a device setting if only 1 month is staying on the device

goto messages, the press BB button and choose options, Message options, on bottom increase to more than 30 days.
