Is it possible that the email accounts we have configured would have their own icons like, Gmail would have its own icon same goes for yahoo and hotmail email, because right now all email accounts have same icons displayed.
I have curve 8900 with updated OS 5.0.0.681

Hotmail has a new icon, which may eventually get pushed to your device; but generally, they are all the same icon.

it will appear automatically or i have to do something for that? i heard yahoo also has icon but how it appears not a clue...

It will appear automatically. Yahoo used to have an icon, don't believe it does anymore.

If you resend your service books to your Yahoo account the icon switches back to the Y icon - but it goes away again later.
