Default further e mail help needed please

Please Login to Remove!

Still trying to set up 2nd email address on my bb,

I go to home screen, press set up, from there i dont have an email option, so go set up wizard, e mail setup, then add or create e mail address. It then asks for username & password, i type in new e mail address & password there but it just says enter a valid username?

Help, i am probably being dead thick, but am totally lost.

this is probably your user name and password that you used to set up the first account.

You had to create a BIS account before you could add email. That is th user name and password o use in that spot.

Call your service provider and ask them delete your BIS account and add it again.

Then YOU create the BIS account username and password, that way you should remember it.
