Default Can't access my messages button and it is NOT hidden

Please Login to Remove!

For some reason, the only way I can access my messages is by hitting the BB button, then hitting it again and scrolling to Switch Application, then finding its icon and clicking that. Before it was on my main screen and now its gone from there. I hit Show All but it still doesn't show up. Any help?

Did you somehow move it to a folder?

Otherwise, try a battery pull.

I don't know. I'd try another battery pull, but wait two or three minutes. Some have found, for this or that problem, the second or third, or a longer battery pull does the trick.

After that, if the extra long battery pull doesn't do it, you could try re-sending service books. I don't expect that to be the problem since clearky the app is there, but I don't know. It seems worth a try.

Also, if you are using an after-market theme, you should try switching to a stock theme as a test and see what happens.

That's all I can think of short of reinstalling the OS.

No luck with a second battery pull that was longer. How do I resend service books? Worth a try.

And I only have the default themes on my phone. Tried switching between both but still no luck.

See How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

As I say, this is a shot in the dark. I don't expect it to help, but I don't know that it won't either.
