Default Uninstalling 4.0 from a 6210 BB?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem, my new sim card is not getting recognized by my 6210 which i just purchased used. It says sim card rejected.

I installed 4.0 after i got the BB, how do i "roll back" to the factory Os? is there any way to sort of "reset" it?

-any help would be appreciated

make sure your sim card is compatible. This seems like the most likely problem.

I agree, the software would have nothing to do with that because the carrier lockouts are in a portion of the blackberry that is not touched by software updates.

ok i just went to rogers and they had idea what was wrong. So i came home and played around with the phone then i went into enterprise activation entered a random email address and now the phone works, instead of showing the SOS on the top right it nows shows gprs/gsm and i can make calls.

what is enterprise activation and once again how can i go back to my old os?

Just hide the icon, it is only for use with a corporate network with a dedicated blackberry software.

Downgrading instructions are in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section so it would be redundant for me to answer. Still I don't see why you'd want to downgrade.
