Hello, my blackberry storm will not switch on, the red light is active when battery is in then the key lights come on when on charge but the screen will not work, do i need a new lcd? please help im very worried

Do you have a backup of your data? There may be the possibility that you have to do an OS wipe and re-install. I would need to know if you have any error code messages at all to be sure of what the problem is.
