error 507 comp wont connect to bb

I downloaded my alarm earlier today and decided it didnt want it so i went through device manager to uninstall it and it took half an hour to do so, but the next time i looked at my phone it had a white screen with an icon that said 507. i already checked on the BB website what to do as well as the forums. i downloaded the OS again and and deleted the vendor file like the FAQ says to do but the device manager doesnt even recognize the phone. it will find the pin but not connect. i tried updated the OS but it wont connect to the phone. I have no clue what to do? help is very much appreciated
