First off, let me start out by introducing myself! I'm new to the forums and I just recently purchased a Bold 2 about a month back. I was a long time iPhone user before that and haven't looked back ever since the switch. I friggin' love my BB.
Unfortunately, I've been having this problem of my phone freezing at least once a week since the time of purchase though. They are random as far as I can tell and nothing specific triggers this problem. As a new phone that's less than a month old, I feel like I shouldn't be having this problem.
Do you think I should go into the AT&T store and ask for a new phone? or do you think they'll be a pain in the ass about it? I have their insurance plan...
My daughter bought the 9700 about 3 weeks ago from AT&T, and it froze multiple times everyday. After 3 days we updated to beta OS I believe 545, and there have been no problems since.
