Are they still around? I referred a good friend to them to purchase a BB case. He did so in December, they charged his card and he has yet to receive anything or to be able to contact anyone via phone.

I put CC charges in dispute today

Placed an order on 1-19-07...was slated to ship 1-29-07

CC was charged 1-19-07

No further communication...no response to emails or phone calls

Their FAQ's page says any delay will prompt communication

But they have fallen off the face of the earth

I refered someone to their site as well and they have not recieved their order but were charged as well. ANy word? This is messed up!
