When i create a menu using the Menu class and then choose menu.show() then it appears on the top-right of my screen.

Menu menu = new Menu();       
menu.add(menuItemGPS);
menu.add(menuItemManualPos);
menu.show(); 


How can i make it appear in the middle centre of the screen?

You cannot change where the system menu appears.

If this is an absolute requirements, then you'll have to implement your own menu class using PopupScreen (or something along those lines).

You can't change the default properties of Menu. For that you need to create your own Menu kind class.
