Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has managed to retrieve SMS messaging from a blackberry backup through the simulator. Also I can retrieve the principle phoen numbers but not HOME2, WORK2 and MOBILE2 is there anyway this can be done.

not entirely clear for me what exactly you want to do.
i wrote an app that receives SMS and forwards them as e-Mail
(freeware, bfi - Beratungsgesellschaft für Informationstechnologie Systemhaus Hamburg)
if you want any info about the code i can probably help.

retrieving phone numbers: do you mean from the phone book?
