Question Problem with QuickPUll?

Please Login to Remove!

Ok,

I am trying to set QuickPull, to do a QuickPull on my Blackberry everyday @ 4.00am. However when I am trying to click OK to accept,it is impossible to select ok. Basically I can't get the blue light to move from the time setting. If I move my finger upthe screen the digits on the time change, and the same happens if I move down. But if I move left-right on the screen, then the blue light moves from the Hours - to - minutes - to - AM/PM

Any idea to why I can't click on OK to save my preferred time?

You need to disable compatibility mode (In Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications)... highlight QuickPull, hit the BB key, and click Disable Compatibility Mode

Its a cool little app. Instead of having the take the back cover off, and pulling the battery out (aka Battery Pull), this App QUICKPULL will do that for you. But it saves you pulling the battery out from the handset.

Get it?

Just an idea for anyone installing apps, automatically go to advanced options and disable the compatibility right away

does anyone know if there is a quick pull for the 8830 running 4.5.0.101? I had a quick pull before I loaded this os, but it no longer works after I upgraded my OS.

Does the scheduler work for everybody here? I set mine to reboot every night at midnight and it only worked once. The next night it didn't.

Thanks. That's the version I have. I just downloaded and installed .90 so I'll do a reboot and try again.

What is the benefit to having QuickPull run every day? Does it make the phone work better?

Doing a battery pull via QuickPull can free up more available memory, which in turn can make the phone run smoothly.

I don't really need it every day but there doesn't appear to be any option but daily. I was just trying it out to see how it worked. It is a lot easier than a real battery pull though.

I have been searching for a solution to this problem and app support doesn't exist. They couldn't have just said what you said? Oh well, it's a great app, and it's still free, so can't complain too much, right?
Thanks again so much!
