I broke one my tabs for my 8320 the first time I took the case off. Was pretty disappointed. Still picking this up though as I think this is the best combination of a professional look and protection for the Blackberry.

Pre-ordered.

I realize that noone actually has this case yet, but maybe Seidio can answer: are there tabs or does the phone slip in? It looks like it covers top and bottom (unlike the Storm case that only covers the bottom and slips in from the top). How does one separate the 2 pieces and slip the phone into the case?

For the Storm, the bottom of the case comes off, it does not slip in from the top. If you look at the pic you can see a groove around the bottom part, that is where it comes apart. It is very easy to put together and take apart, at least the Storm version and it look's almost the same as the 8900.

You won't be disappointed! Innocase II is a new design and the phone actually "slips" in from the bottom. No more tabs on the side.

As mentioned above, the phone slips in from the bottom. This picture of the Storm should give you an idea of how it works, the Curve is the same way:

With just the case on 8900, would it attract lint and dust when kept in jeans pocket? The case being rubberized may attract but just wanted to be sure of that before I order it.

I have the Pearl rubberized case. It will not attract lint. The surface is barely "rubberized" unlike silicone skins which are disasters in pockets. The case is pretty smooth.

The Innocase feels just like the outside of the Thinkpad laptops - especially the IBM versions. If you've ever touched or owned one you know what I mean - the perfect combination of protection and non-slip without particles sticking to the surface.

The one for my Pearl ROCKED.
I got one with high hopes for the 8320, but it was too thick, made the buttons on the edges hard to press, etc. I was sorely disappointed. I went with a BB OEM skin BB OEM 8800 holster.

I will have to handle one of these before buying.
