Welcome to the forums. And can I ask that you not type in ALL CAPS because that is perceived as YELLING.

You can fix your BB by following these steps:

How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck.

All of the software is written by RIM and tested and released by the carrier. Feel free to load any version, even if it is not from the original vendor.

Please note that you will have to delete a file called VENDOR.XML from your PC C: drive in order to reload the OS from another carrier.

Good luck.

No, you would need to have the device unlocked - which is very different than just loading a different OS.

1 - The function "Block Keyboard in Case" doesnt work fine it locks keyboard when I'm taking out of the case the phone, when it is in the case any key can be pushed and the phone responds
2- It happends the same with the Display it turns of when I'm inserting the phone into the case but when it is allready in, the display turns on again
3- The camera seems to have filcker now, with the first OS it didn't happend

Thank's in advance for your support!!!

8100M_PBr4[1].2.1_rel164_PL2.3.0.80_A4.2.1.101_Vodafone_UK

How can I know Who did the activation of my phone first?
How can I activate it on my name and with my e-mail account?

Yea, I have some ideas, where did you get the BlackBerry from?

If it was used, you will need to ask the previous owner to call his/her carrier and release the PIN and IMEI. Then you will be able to activate it.

Your stuck.
Call your carrier and beg to have the PIN released from the other account.

I'll ask again, where did the BB come from?

If the following does not apply to you, please don't be offended:
If the BB is stolen or found by you or another, please notify the carrier that you have found it, and give them the PIN located on the white sticker under the battery. Make every attempt to locate the owner, first.

I allready did that, and they told me that they don't have any claim's with this IMEI and PIN, but in BlackBerry Internet Service it says that the phone is registered in another vendor....
What can I do?

No, the problem, Oscar, is that you have a BlackBerry that is not yours and I have asked twice where you got the BB from and you have refused to answer the question.

As it is, it will not work. Users here have already over-eplained what must happen for it to work.
