Just noticed there isn't an option to send service books on the BIS site for US-Cellular or Sprint.

What's up with that?

They're killing us with all these "improvements".

T-Mobile's web site redesign was a nightmare too. Just when we think we know the answers, they change the questions!

for me, at least send service books was under the help link in BIS 2.7
