hi all could you tell me how to retrieve my password for BB protect. i brought my phone from verizon and i never set it up uless they did it for me but bb protect keep asking me for my password and i hve no idea what it is should i go back to the store or i will be able to find it on my phone bb bold 9930

BlackBerry Protect is tied to your BlackBerry ID. It's that password that is needed.
