Good day,
I'm new to the website so i hope this is the right place to post this.
I have calls from another phone diverted into my blackberry 9700. When i recieve a call that is diverted, there seems to be no notification or sign that the call is a diverted one and not one made direct to my blackberry.
Is there any option i need to switch on or any app i can download that would assist in doing this?

Unless the forwarding service ( your carrier or company system) sends an indication the call is forwarded the only thing you will see is the originating number displayed.

I see " forwarded 999-999-9999" but only from some systems such as a phone company number forwarded. 99% of the time only the forwarded number.

Its phone based scenario. because I used old 8520 and never seen any spacial icon on the screen when I received forwarded calls.
