i can help you with ur problem. i have vista and problems like this aqll the time1 anyways...... type in java loader at your start and drag to ur desk top, rght click and hit run as administrator. then that should be it1 if it doesnt work message me then ill do it again 4 u and i promise u u will have blinball!

I have xp and have reinstalled it 3 times and restarted it and i get a java.lang error and i can see blingball in my apps but cannot open it any ideas? Thank you!

After being frusturated and confused I found out a simple way to fix it.
1. Plug and connect you bb to your computer through desktop mananger
2.go to application loader
3.Click update software
4. after updating if any necessary updates are needed
5.Click on device software options to the right
6. scroll down to blingball and then check it and then click next.

BTW-I am using desktop manager 5.0.1 (also I have a pearl 8100 and I cant get it to reconigize the micro sd any ideas?

-JUST DELETE COLORPEARL

I did this and it works fine now!!

i am having a problem with blingball set to disco and the screen going out. on my old pearl when the display turned off, the pearl would turn off as well. now on the new one, when the screen turns off the ball stops the disco, but stay on on whatever color it was on.

any ideas on why it doesnt turn off?

edit: when set to a solid color or on random, when the display turns off the ball turns off as well. just doesnt turn off when disco is selected.

ok..i just did this through the desk top manager..and i accidently clicked cancel while it was almost done loading..now my phone is off and the light is blinking..i've taken out batt and sym card..and the same thing..i have a pearl 8100 tmo

For some reason, this doesn't work on my new blackberry 8100 i just bought. It worked great on my old one. I installed 4.5 and many versions of 4.5. to see...and still won't work. I get app error 523 from it.

THANK YOUUU!! Work very well (didnt working good when ColorPearl was installed)(and its better than ColorPearl)... but I have a question? Can the light of the keyboard be OFF? because the color of the trackball is not very cool when the light of the keyboard is ON...
