Hello everybody

well Ive had my pearl 8100 for several months right now, suddenly this morning while I was texting some friends mi screen turned blank, I waited some time to se what happened and hoping it would get fixed... nothing happened so I did a battery pull and after that my screen isnt responding

The pc recognizes the phone and I already made a software update but the status is the same.

when I connect the phone to the pc or the charger The red led turns on for a few seconds as it allways did, bit after that nothing happened....

can anyone please assist me in how can i fix this issue??? I dont know what really happened and im really stressed about it....

any help will be greatly welcomed..

See what others say, but sounds like hardware failure to me. Likely would be less cost to you to buy another one than to fix.

You could go ahead and try removing the media card if you use one, and do another battery pull. And if that doesn't help, try wiping with JL_CMDER and reload the OS.
