I have a 8100 I need to support that is syncing with exchange through a BES Express server I setup. Currently items deleted on the phone don't delete in exchange (read: outlook) and items deleted in outlook don't delete from the phone.

Any ideas?

I've found one person recommending I do a "slow sync" which involves accessing a secret menu while in the enterprise activation screen, problem is I can't access this screen. The instructions say hold the alt key while typing CNFG, but from what I can tell this isn't possible, I tried just typing the reulting numbers and that didn't work either.?!

on your pearl, it may be necessary to change to multitap. Then try to type it again. Remember if you have to double tap for a letter, do it.
