I just upgraded tho OS on my 8900 and when I go to Appworld i get a message saying: "Upgrade you service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilities at Blackberry App World"

When I go to Manage internet Email I get a message saying "Your rate plan does not support this feature"

However, I am still able to send Emails...

Whats the problem? Everything was working fine before the upgrade....

and i have already tried a battery pull a couple of times.

Try a battery pull and resend the service books. Might need to have the carrier resend them.

I cant resend the service books because i cant get into the "Manage Email"

go to your carrier's BIS site.
You can send service books from there too.

And if that doesn't work, call customer service and ask them to re-send the service books.
