Hi all

I got my BB finally, i was using Nokia E71. I used Nokia PC Suite to Sync my Outlook 2007 Contact list, it worked nicely and I have all my contacts their.


The problem is when I sync my BB, the progress bar will appear for like 2 seconds and disappear, with no any result.


I tried many times but still I don't have my contact on the BB ..


also tried to use NBU CONVERTER software but i discovered that it is used for messages not contacts .


I need HELP

have you configured desktop manager to sync your contacts with outlook. You have to tell it to sync contacts, calandar, memos ect. seperately

What version of Outlook do you use and what version of Desktop Manager do you have installed?

i did the configuration. Synchronize -> Synchronization -> Check Address Book -> Setup button -> Outlook -> and assign it to copy only from Outlook to BB. It displayed Congratulations message after these steps.
Is there any steps i missed?

I just erased the contacts i copied from SIM Card just in case and I did the Synchronization process again but still didn't work


Any solutions?

Try pulling the battery on the BB for about 30 seconds.

Are you plugged directly into the PC or via a HUB? BBs do not like HUBs.

What version of DM are you using?

I am connected directly to the PC, no Hubs.
I am using BB DM 4.7

Your farther along that I am, I cannot even get DM to recognize Outlook 2007.
