ok i need alot of help, has anybody ever experienced this before? my BBM sends and receives messages to my american contacts. But when i send messages to my international contacts, it gets delivered to them, but when they respond in never get them. also it never shows the 'R' even after they have read it. And only updates from my american contacts show in my recent updates. I have called tmobile customer service so many times, and they keep doin the same thing over, i also deleted BBM and reinstalled it, no help.

i clearly didn't ask for comment, i asked for help,so if you dont have any suggestions, dont say anything atall. it is a major problem because that was my main way of keeping in contact with friends and family overseas.

So your main way of keeping in contact with your overseas friends and family is to receive a read receipt for your sent bbm messages? I can understand not being able to see recent updates from those contacts being a problem
