Default 8700R - Email Reconciliation screen blank

Please Login to Remove!

I recently installed the update 4.1 listed on the board elswhere so I could use the Zen theme and I've noticed that now when i go to set my email reconciliation method, nothing is listed on the screen except the title. I'm running an 8700r with BIS receiving mail that's forwarded from Gmail. Curently when i delete on my BB it still stays on the BWC which fills up pretty quick of course. Anyone else run into this problem?

i am in the same boat as you... i have the email reconciliation options, but i dont have reconcile now listed in my menu


so here is cingulars BIS solution for a missing reconcile now option



If the "Reconcile Now" option is missing:

Delete the current Web Client service book by going to: Options > Service Books.
Highlight the Web Client service book.
Click trackwheel to view the menu.
Select Delete.
Login to your BlackBerry Internet Service.
Go to Profiles and select Send Service Book.

Note: Only e-mail sent after this process will show the "Reconcile Now" option.

If the "Reconcile Now" option is available on the handheld but is not functioning properly, there are 2 Available Options:

Do not immediately close Outlook. Instead, wait 15 minutes for the device to reconcile with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Cradle the device and run the Intellisync.

Default No luck....but thanks

Tried the listed instructions for removing and re-sending the service book. Successfully removed and re-sent but still no reconcile options. Guess auto-aging will have to do for now

I'm on Verizon with 7130e and I have the same issue...no options available. I'm wondering if this has something to do with VZW BIS upgrade.

I upgraded to the VZW BIS (well I had Verizon delete my 1.8 account and used the Create Account on the new BIS) and all of my email accounts have the Reconcile Now option.
