Delete Emails?

I have my BB set up to acces 8 email accounts. I receive the emails fine, but when I delete them from the phone, they do not delete from email account. I log on to email account through the internet and all my emails are still there. I have it set for 15 days and I still have emals from May. Wireless reconcile is on and set p to delete emails on device and mailbox. conflcts I have mailbox wins. Am I missing something. Thanks!!!!!
