Default Messages vs. Level1Messages

Please Login to Remove!

So....tell this newbie what the difference is between messages and level1messages. I assume one is email messages and the other is IM's. One of my coworkers called TMobile and talked to 7 (SEVEN!) different people and they couldn't tell him.

sms/voicemail and PIN messages and all that.

Also... Not to be rude, but this has been answer probably half a dozen times or more, so searching might provide you with a quicker answer.

SMS and Voicemail messages can't be made level one, but can be given a different notification seting in Profiles. PIN messages default to level one, but that can be changed in Messages: Options: General Options.

All other messages have to be made level 1 in BWC, or the BES redirector.
