I've installed it on two separate machines, one it wont even run. I'd have to go home to get the exact error. something about the database (i guess it uses SQLite?) being corrupt. On my machine at work it started the first time, I started to delete the sample data and it crashed and now every time i run it it prompts me to save the dumpfile right after the splash screen goes away. Un/reinstalling it fixes nothing on either machine. I've emailed their support but they never get back to me. Anyone got ideas?

I had the exact same problem. I tried re-installing 2.57 desktop, but it won't sync with my 8830 running 3.09. Just sits there. What are your thoughts on 3.09 on the BB? It's prettier, but seems slower and takes more steps to get some functions. When I enter a transaction in the register, it doesn't update the register until I go back to the summary view, then back to the register. Many other minor issues as well. I'm beta-testing Splashmoney (which is VERY buggy right now as well).

I am getting a run time error on desktop version. I also deleted all the sample accounts and now can't get it to work on desktop. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

I haven't played with the BB version. I'm not taking the time to put my data in there if I can't sync to my desktop. Since the company hasn't gotten back to me, either, then I guess I still carry my Treo for SplashMoney checkbook register.

I am actually glad to see there is a SplashMoney beta for BB. I would far prefer importing my existing data over recreating from scratch.
