my cel is a B.B. 8100 works fine but when I make a call and turns off the menu again .. thanks for any help

hello contre la solution by heating the PA and it worked very smoothly and the cell does not turn off I hope someone else will help

hi found the solution very gently warmed the cell PA stopped off to make the call I hope this helps someone else thanks
