Hello All

I've got three users on my bes who's calendar will not download during activation. They will however reconcile changes to calendar items after activation.

The environment is BES 4.1.6 MR5 SQL 2005 SP3 Echange 2007 SP1 RU7 MAPI/CDO 1.2.1

sorry, really should say what I've tried so far...

removed and readded them to the bes.
wiped the handheld.
put them on thier own agent.
restarted the bes services.
re-registered the CDO.dll.

I think that's about it... been a long day... sheesh.

So when you reactivated them the calendar still failed to show up? Did you check to see if they have any calendar problems in the OWA? We had a few like this, but we activated them and tried a couple of other things on the device itself.
Do a rset on the calendar and see if it pushes
Delete the Desktop (CICAL) service book and repush it from the server
Dont delete all the rest just the CICAL.

Yep, reactivate and no calendar items get downloaded....

In OWA all the appointments show up without issue.

I'm gonna try pushing the CICAL serevice book now and see what happens. Will post back ina couple of mins....
