Good Evening,

I have a client that has just migrated from BIS to BES and every email which he sends is recorded and beeps on his blackberry device. Is there an setting which we can switch off to eliminate this occurrence?

Thanks,

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

To eliminating receiving e-mail, he can turn the radio off (wireless connection). Although he will get the mail later and will not have access to the browser.
I don't think there is any other way.
If he will allow his e-mail to come through quietly and unnoticeably, please look at the profiles option on the device
