Default Annoying popup saying 'connection to computer failed'

Please Login to Remove!

I am having problems connecting through bb bridge, so i have deleted bridge from phone and devices paired (as advised). I have re paired with my wireless speakers which is working fine, but i now have a very annoying popup flashing up on my phone whenever bt is turned on? I also cannot download bb bridge back onto my phone as it does not give me a download option at bb world??? Not sure how to rectify all this, please help :(

Assuming this is a Playbook problem, moving to the PB section so it gets better visibility.

Thanks, i think i have stopped it by deleting my paired device on pb. i think it might have been trying to find it but couldn't. Any thoughts on how to get bb bridge downloaded.....just don't understand why i can't see the download option on app world.

Did you do a battery pull - that solves many problems. Also try refreshing App World.

I had the same problem. Deleting my phone from the Bluetooth devices on the PB fixed it. Thanks.
