This is a vintage M S A protective hard hat with an adjustable suspension liner. The hat is marked "medium" and the liner appears to adjust between size 6 1/2 to 7 3/4. The hat, with a front brim, measures about 11 inches long and about 8 3/8 inches wide. There are posts on each side, possibly for attaching an eye shield (not included).
