Problem solved! It was not the BB that the time zone was wrong in, it was my laptop. Was in CA last week & changed the time zone to Pacific. When I returned I changed the time but not the zone.

It only happened once to me, that I know of. No idea why, but it has not done it again. You could try deleting the e-mail set up on BIS and recreating it.

OK, so I deleted all of the songs on the card, "tagged" every song in media manager, redownloaded the songs and they still are not grouped by artist or album. What am I doing wrong??

I had the same problem when I had an 8703e. Every once in a while the battery drained in a few hours. Found that removing and reinstalling the battery cured it.
