Syncing on 2 BES'?

I just recently got BES from my employer and everything syncs aye-okay with my corporate e-mail.

However, for the longest time, I was using MyBlueBerry.com as my portable syncing/home solution.

If you subscribe to an MDS, does that mean you have access to a BES?

I currently subscribe to MyBlueBerry.com MDS. It says I can sync my BlackBerry wirelessly but I don't think it's working.

I have a 7250 on TELUS Mobility and I frequently receive invites from Outlook.

It seems as if there is no option for you to respond. Is there a way around this? I'm subscribing to an MDS...
