I have to say that i was expecting Webdesktop to give users the ability to Select Folders for Redirection. Too bad this isn't the fix I'm looking...

Configured the firewall to be Bi-directional and...

Configured the firewall to be Bi-directional and did notice that another problem with Read messages was corrected.

Previously a read message on the Blackberry would still be unread in outlook....

I've been dealing with something similar all day...

I've been dealing with something similar all day today. Just deploying some BB's myself.

In my case the default timezone on the blackberry was set to "Casablanca". So certain calendar's were off...
