It's installed and I can open it up with Blackberry Device Manager, it used to work before but got new blackberry same model etc now it's not working or should I say showing you?

I have enabled...

After a long wait of almost two month my new phone arrived as brand new one but one problem...my old phone was a 9700 and this ones screen/desktop looks totally different and when I looked on google...

Every other button is working but this one has stopped working completely, what do I do?
