I too am having the same problem with my 8320...

I too am having the same problem with my 8320 connecting to my Jeep UConnect. It does the same thing...finds the device...when I put the code in it trys to connect and never does.

Yes...WiFi is off. It's a UConnect system in an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The phone recognizes the UConnect bluetooth device. It just won't connect when I put the correct 4 digit code in.
